The FCA has extended their deadline for submitting the TPR application

Due to the delay regarding the UK’s withdrawal from the EU, the FCA, as posted on their website on the 24th of May 2019, will be extending the deadline for submitting the Temporary Permissions Regime (TPR) application to the 30th October 2019.
 
Fund Managers that wish to update their notification before the deadline closes should email recognisedcis@fca.org.uk  by the 16th October 2019 and should include their Firm Reference Number (FRN).
 
Fund Managers should note that, until the FCA provides further information, it will not be possible to submit a new notification until after 16th October 2019. For the meantime they will only accept requests to update notifications.
 
Fund managers should also continue to follow current processes and should additionally note that while they can create a new draft notification on the FCAs Connect system, they will not actually be able to submit an updated notification until later in October if they have informed the FCA that they wish to do so.
