The Aurellan Global Shares Fund (“Fund”) is a PIE-compliant New Zealand-domiciled fund with investments managed by Aurellan Asset Management Limited (“Aurellan”). FundRock NZ Limited is the issuer and manager of the Fund. The Fund is registered as an offer within the Aurellan Investment Funds (a Managed Investment Scheme) under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and is regulated by the FMA.
The Fund aims to provide exposure to a diversified portfolio of global shares managed using a manager-of-managers approach.
The Fund aims to outperform its benchmark, the MSCI All Country World Net Total Return Index in New Zealand dollars, after fees and before taxes, over rolling 5 year periods.
The Fund is not hedged back to the New Zealand dollar.
