The target investment mix is:
Cash and cash equivalents: 2%
New Zealand fixed interest: 12%
International fixed interest: 26%
Australasian equities: 17%
International equities: 43%
The Fund incorporates responsible investment considerations through investment strategies that seek to limit exposure to companies involved in certain business practices. These restrictions may include exposure to companies involved in activities such as tobacco, thermal coal, controversial weapons, gambling, alcohol and pornography.
Benchmark
The Fund’s investment benchmark is the weighted average return of the asset class benchmark indices. The Fund seeks to perform broadly in line with this benchmark before fees and tax over the long term.
