The Foundation Series Global ESG Fund (Fund) is a PIE-compliant New Zealand-domiciled fund with investments managed by InvestNow Savings and Investment Service Limited (InvestNow). FundRock NZ Ltd is the issuer and manager of the Fund. The Fund is registered as an offer within a Managed Investment Scheme under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and is regulated by the FMA.
The Fund provides investors with exposure to a diversified portfolio of international equities through underlying exchange traded funds (ETFs) that invest in large, mid-sized and small companies listed on global markets. The Fund incorporates responsible investment considerations by seeking to limit exposure to companies involved in certain business practices.
InvestNow is the investment manager for the Fund. InvestNow selects underlying funds and/or appoints investment managers.
