The Foundation Series Nasdaq-100 Fund (Fund) is a PIE-compliant New Zealand-domiciled fund with investments managed by InvestNow Savings and Investment Service Limited (InvestNow). FundRock NZ Ltd is the issuer and manager of the Fund. The Fund is registered as an offer within a Managed Investment Scheme under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and is regulated by the FMA.
The Fund provides investors with exposure to a portfolio of the largest non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange through an underlying exchange traded fund (ETF). The Fund aims to provide high long-run returns by investing in companies across a range of growth-oriented sectors, including technology, consumer services, healthcare and communications.
InvestNow is the investment manager for the Fund. InvestNow selects underlying funds and/or appoints investment managers.
