Investment Policy and Objectives
The Fund aims to generate returns (after fees but before tax) above the median 1-year gross term deposit rate paid by registered New Zealand banks. It is designed to provide an investment option that meets the ethical requirements of the Brethren community.
Investment Strategy
The Fund predominantly invests in secured and unsecured loans to small and medium-sized businesses within the Brethren community, together with cash and cash equivalent investments. It may also invest in other fixed income investments and managed investment schemes.
