InvestNow KiwSaver Scheme

The InvestNow KiwiSaver Scheme (the Scheme) is an alternative to traditional KiwiSaver Schemes, that puts investors in charge of selecting the investments within their KiwiSaver.  The Scheme allows investors to pick and choose from a range of 28 managed funds from 9 expert fund managers. FundRock NZ Limited ("FundRock NZ") is the issuer and manager of the Scheme, with investment management undertaken by InvestNow, who appoint and select the underlying funds and investment managers for the Scheme.  The Scheme is registered under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and is regulated by the FMA. The Scheme is promoted and distributed by InvestNow via the InvestNow online platform.

Foundation Series Funds

The Foundation Series Funds provide investor with access to two low cost diversified portfolios of assets. These funds are diversified across asset classes (i.e equities and bonds) both in New Zealand and internationally.

The key benefits of investing in these Funds are:

• Diversification and scale. By pooling the money of all investors in the Funds, we can give investors exposure to a more widely diversified portfolio of underlying assets than they may be able to access themselves. This increased diversification can reduce risk. In addition, the scale of the Funds allows us to lower costs by negotiating better prices with service providers.
• Professional investment management. Employing the expertise and resources of a professional manager is particularly beneficial if you do not have the time or the skill to manage your own investments.
• Simplified Investing. Fund managers take care of the administration involved in buying, selling, reporting and record keeping.
• Low Cost. Fees reduce returns to investors and are an important consideration.
